Refunds & Returns

I'd like to return my unwanted item

 

No problem! So long as your item is in it's original condition and meets our rules outlined in the below policy we would be more than happy to accept your return.

New merchandise (not washed,worn, altered or soiled), and suitable for resale in it's original packaging may be returned for a refund back onto your original payment method, if sent back to us within 30 days of purchase.

Once received, we will aim to process your return and subsequent refund within 7 days of reciept.

You are responsible for the return postage cost, providing we are not at fault. It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage for item(s) returned to us, please use a recorded delivery service, Failure to send back packages with a tracked service will not be refunded / replaced should the package be lost.
 

After 30 days?

 

We aren't able to accept returns for unwanted goods after the returns period has expired. Please do not try to return items back to us after this time, as we may have to return it back to you and you will be responsible for the delivery cost.
 

What does original condition mean?

 

You can try on the item for size if it is clothing, however please do not use it. You may also try on equipment for sizing/fit, but please do not use the product.

All of our returns are quality inspected upon return (yes, we will notice your sweaty boxing gloves), and if we find the item to be in an unsuitable condition we won't be able to offer you a refund and we may have to return the item back to you. You will also be responsible for the return cost.

All items must be returned unused/unworn in the exact same condition which they were delivered, with all original packaging e.g. Shoe Boxes, Drawstring Bags etc. and tags/labels attached.

Certain items cannot be returned for a number of reasons, such as hygiene. These items are:

  • Mouth guards if the original packaging has been opened
  • Groin guards if the original packaging has been opened
  • Personalised goods (either by us or a third party)
  • Balms and Oils if they have been opened

 

Proof of postage

 

The product you are returning is your responsibility until it is delivered back to us. Please make sure returns are packaged sufficiently and you use a tracked, secure postage service and obtain proof of postage. We may ask for this information if you contact us about your return.
 

How do I return my item?

 

For Return for refund, please send the back to address below with reason for return and a refund will be provided once package has been received. Please use a tracked service and retain proof of postage.

If you wish to return a heavy or bulky item, please contact us to arrange a quote for collection

If a error is made on our part or you have recieved a faulty / damaged item then we would cover all postage costs, Replacements are only sent out once we have the original faulty / incorrect item returned back to us

 

I wish to exchange my item

 

For exchanges of items please send the package back to address below with a covering note quoting you order number and mentioning what you would like to exchnage for, Please also put your best contact number for us to conatct you to cover postage cost for the exchange products to be sent back out to you

My product is faulty

 

If your product is faulty please do not send it back to us without approval. Only in certain circumstances will we ask you to return it.

Please contact us and send us clear images and a description of the problem.

If the item is still covered by the manufacturers warranty we will do our best to assist you with a replacement.
