Very good product. It is quite heavy which is very good cause it is very good exercise for the arms. I enjoy a lot practicing with it. The material is good and non slippery. Not so recommended for beginners as it is quite heavy. Delivery was fast and with no problems. Very nice purchase I am satisfied.
